The Villas were the perfect stay for my family of 4! Cory was very accommodating. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and updated. The pull out sofa was a great second bed for my kid. Morning coffee on the patio enjoying the views of the lake was the cherry on top. I will be returning!

This place was extremely beautiful! Nicely up to date appliances! So up to date that I had to google on how to use them nothing bad on his part tho! Excellent in responding! And a pleasure to meet! It was the bed for us super comfortable and super soft sheets and fluffy nice pillows! This unit had everything needed for preparing meals which much appreciated! We absolutely loved being able to look up and see the sky with the sliding sunroof remote loved it! The outside deck was a pleasure to be on overlooking the water each morning! Book with Cory trust me you will be happy that you did we surly are and we will definitely be back again looking to do it again next summer! Everything was super relaxing! Thank you Cory for our wonderful two day stay!

This was a great place, I probably should’ve stayed longer to actually use the whole location . I was kinda in late and left early. But that’s on me. Everything was there for us to use. Definitely will use again! Thanks Cory!

This is truly a hidden gem in Hartsville! The space was clean, modern, and comfortable. The view from the back patio is beautiful, and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Breathtaking views. Peaceful and tranquil. The rental was spotless and newly redone. The finishes and quality added to the stay. Everything was very bright, pristine, and well stocked. The back porch view was incredible and really added to the stay. We are most of our meals outside. The sunset was amazing as well as ample grounds for our kid to run around. Very flexible and responsive host. Will definitely be staying here again whenever we visit our oldest at Coker University.

We had a great stay at the lake perfect spot convince store right across the road food nearby it was just an enjoyable place to spend a few nights wile out of town for work. Cory was a great host he responded quickly to any questions that we had. It’s amazing the work they done to this place everything is perfect with the remodel they didn’t cut any corners. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely look into booking here again.thank you Cory for letting us stay in your beautiful home and thanks for your hospitality

I was moving here for a new job and this was the perfect temporary place to stay while looking for an apartment. I was able to play guitar on the dock under the moon. Very peaceful.
